Before building Osmos Black, Nate understood one thing from his own experience as a professional: when the car doesn't show up, or the driver doesn't know the route, or the service falls apart under pressure — the person who arranged it looks bad.
That's the gap Osmos Black fills. Not luxury for luxury's sake. Operational precision for the people who can't afford failure.
