Full Refund

Cancellations made 4 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund. No questions asked.

50% Charge

Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup incur a 50% charge. Your chauffeur and vehicle are already staged at this point.

No-Show

No-shows are charged 100% of the quoted rate. If you're running late, call — we'll wait. A late arrival is not a no-show.

This form sends an email to Nate. You will receive a confirmation reply, typically within 30 minutes during business hours. For same-day changes, always call.

Absolutely. Time changes, vehicle swaps, route adjustments, adding passengers — all free if made 2+ hours before pickup. Select “Modify” in the form above or call directly.

No. Call or text and we’ll wait. A late arrival is not a no-show. No-show fees only apply if you don’t show up and don’t communicate. We’re reasonable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Corporate accounts see the adjustment on the next monthly invoice. If you paid by credit card at booking, the refund goes back to that card.

For corporate accounts with recurring schedules, cancelling one occurrence doesn’t affect the rest. To pause or end a standing order, contact Nate directly — he’ll update your account profile.
