By booking or using Osmos Black’s premium transportation services (“Services”) through our website, dispatch, agent links, or Limo Anywhere booking platform (“Company Platform”), you (“Customer,” “User,” “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Updates take effect upon posting; continued use indicates acceptance.
Osmos Black provides premium corporate chauffeur service throughout South Florida, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Naples, Key West, and Orlando. Our Services cover airport and seaport transfers, hourly chauffeur service, intercity transfers, corporate transportation, private aviation and FBO transfers, event and group transportation, concierge services, and hotel/resort coordination.
The fleet consists of Cadillac Escalade ESV, Chevrolet Suburban, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, executive mini coaches (20–35 passengers), and full-size motor coaches (36–56 passengers).
All bookings must be secured with a valid credit/debit card through our Limo Anywhere platform. All rides require ID and payment method verification through our secure system unless you qualify for VIP Membership as defined in Section 7.
Cards are pre-authorized when you book; base fare is captured once your ride is confirmed. Authorized account holders may store cards securely on file.
Agents, assistants, hotel concierge partners, and corporate travel managers must book through their dedicated partner link or by contacting dispatch; they are fully responsible for informing passengers of these T&C and for any charges or rule violations by those passengers.

By booking, you authorize Osmos Black to capture additional fees (wait time, stops, tolls, parking, cleaning, excess mileage, damages) for up to 30 days after the trip to reflect the final cost of your personalized route. You agree to maintain sufficient funds/credit during that period.
Any deposits held by Osmos Black are non-refundable. If paying by credit/debit card, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be added to the total.
Corporate account holders receive consolidated monthly invoicing, dedicated rate sheets, and authorized user lists. Corporate account terms (Net 15, Zelle payment) are established during account setup and may differ from standard payment terms. Corporate accounts do not exempt clients from cancellation, no-show, or wait-time policies.
Hotel concierge partners and agents booking through dedicated partner links are responsible for communicating these T&C to their guests. Commission terms are governed by separate partner agreements. Partner booking links automatically attribute rides to the partner account for commission tracking.
Des informations exactes. Provide correct passenger names, flight numbers, tail numbers (for private aviation), pickup addresses, and special instructions. You accept liability for delays arising from inaccurate details.
Rapidité et facilité de contact. Ensure passengers are ready at the scheduled time/location and that the booker/passenger phone is reachable. Failure to call dispatch before leaving will be treated as a no-show.
Respect des lois. All occupants must wear seat belts and obey chauffeur instructions. Passenger capacity shall not exceed the number of seat belts installed.

Sièges pour enfants et animaux de compagnie. Clients supply and install child restraints (if unable, request one free child seat at booking). Osmos Black is not liable for malfunctioning or incorrectly installed child seats. Pets require special approval; a $50 fee per pet applies. Pets must ride in carriers (non-compliance cleaning fee: $250).

This section supersedes Section 6 for any booking during the Formula 1 period (May 1–10, inclusive). All vehicles are non-cancelable within 30 days of pickup. Cancellations made less than 30 days before pickup will be charged the total trip amount (100%). Rescheduling within 30 days may be treated as a cancellation at Osmos Black’s discretion.
During designated major event periods (Art Basel, Ultra Music Festival, FIFA World Cup 2026, and other events announced on our website), enhanced cancellation terms may apply. Specific event cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
If no passenger contact is made within the applicable grace period, wait time charges apply in 15-minute increments starting at $25.00/hour based on vehicle type:
Stops within 5 miles of planned route: $20–$55 depending on vehicle. Stops beyond 5 miles: $60–$105. Stops beyond 15 miles incur additional mileage at $2.00/mile. Stop time is based on up to 15 minutes per stop.
Additional fees (wait time, stops, stop time) must be paid before the trip commences via cash or Zelle. VIP Members have fees added to their trip total.
Customers who have booked 6+ rides within the last 6 months qualify as VIP Members. VIP benefits include: extra charges added to trip total (no upfront payment), waived ID/payment verification, and priority booking. VIP status is notified via email or SMS.
Osmos Black does not warrant any specific travel or arrival time. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, security lines, airline changes, third-party actions, or events beyond our control. We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages (e.g., missed flights, lost business, hotel costs).
If a Force Majeure Event (natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government orders, labor disputes, major traffic disruptions, fuel shortages, or network failures) prevents or materially delays service, Osmos Black may suspend, reschedule, or cancel the ride without liability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a rescheduled ride or refund of the unused portion.
Osmos Black’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fare actually paid. We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings; found items are held for 7 days and returned at the owner’s expense.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osmos Black, its affiliates, drivers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these T&C, (ii) violation of law, or (iii) acts or omissions of any passenger you booked.
These T&C are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Miami-Dade County, or, at Osmos Black’s election, resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County. The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Essential trip updates are sent via SMS, email, or phone. Promotional messages may be opted out of. Legal notices: contact@osmosblack.com.
On the day of service, Customers will receive access to live driver tracking approximately 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, via SMS/email or through the Company Platform, where available. Availability may vary and is not guaranteed.
