Booking & Policies
For standard transfers, 24–48 hours is ideal. For peak events — Formula 1, Art Basel, FIFA World Cup 2026, Ultra — book several weeks ahead. Corporate account holders receive priority availability.
Standard cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours: 50% charge. No-shows: 100% of the quoted rate. Event bookings (F1, Art Basel, FIFA World Cup) carry stricter terms confirmed at booking.
Tell your chauffeur — they'll contact dispatch immediately. Added stops, destination changes, time extensions — we adapt when possible. Changes may affect billing. The sooner we know, the smoother the adjustment.
